Please read the following information carefully before confirming your booking with MDK Tourism.

Transfers timing may vary by 30 to 60 minutes depending on the location and traffic conditions.

Any cancellation before 3 working days of the tour will receive a 100% refund. Services cancelled 2 working days prior to the tour date will receive a 50% refund. Any cancellation within 48 hours of the tour date cannot be refunded.

Any no-show or partial use of services is non-refundable.

Any service or entry denied due to lack of documents or late reporting for the service is non-refundable.

For water parks and theme parks, child entry may depend on the height requirement.

Guests may be asked to present a valid ID proof during the tour or at the attraction.

Tickets booked for parks and excursions are non-refundable.

For entry into any mosque during the booked service, guests must wear fully covered clothing and cover their head where required. Entry may not be permitted if the dress code is inappropriate.

Please follow the applicable dress code policy for services such as meals and visits to Burj Al Arab, Atlantis the Palm, Burj Khalifa and similar attractions.

In case of any medical condition, health issues, pregnancy or senior persons travelling for the tours, please consult a doctor before booking any service.

MDK Tourism will not be responsible if any ride or service is not operational at parks due to maintenance or safety requirements.

We recommend carrying sunglasses, a cap and sunscreen for outdoor tours and services.

For water parks and water sports activities, we recommend carrying swimwear, goggles and an additional pair of clothes.
