Transfer timings may vary by 30 to 60 minutes depending on the pickup location and prevailing traffic conditions. Please allow sufficient time for your transportation arrangements.

Cancellations made before 3 working days of the tour are eligible for a 100% refund. Cancellations made 2 working days before the tour date are eligible for a 50% refund, while cancellations within 48 hours of the tour date are non-refundable.

No-show cases and partially used services are non-refundable. If a guest is unable to use a service or is denied entry because of missing documents or late reporting, no refund will be provided.

For water parks and theme parks, child admission may be determined by height requirements. Guests may also be requested to present a valid identification document during the service.

Tickets purchased for parks and excursions are non-refundable. Guests visiting a mosque must follow the required dress code, including fully covered clothing and appropriate head covering where required.

Please follow the applicable dress code for dining experiences and visits to attractions such as Burj Al Arab, Atlantis the Palm and Burj Khalifa.

Guests with medical conditions, health concerns, pregnancy or elderly travellers are advised to consult their doctor before booking any service.

Citron Tours will not be responsible if any ride, attraction or service becomes unavailable due to maintenance, operational requirements or safety reasons.

For outdoor tours, we recommend carrying sunglasses, a cap and sunscreen. For water parks and water-based activities, carry suitable swimwear, goggles and an additional change of clothes.
