Transfers timing may vary by 30 to 60 minutes depending on the location and traffic conditions.
Any cancellation before 3 working days of the tour will get 100% refund. Services cancelled 2 working days prior to the tour date will get 50% refund, and any cancellation within 48 hours of the tour date cannot be refunded.
Any no-show or partial use of service/s is non-refundable.
Any service or entry denied due to lack of documents or reporting late to any service is non-refundable.
For water parks and theme parks, child entry may depend on the height requirement.
You may be asked to provide a valid ID proof during the tour or activity.
Tickets booked for any park or excursion are non-refundable.
For entry into any mosque during the booked service, please wear fully covered clothing and cover your head. Entry may not be permitted if the dress code is inappropriate.
Please follow the dress code policy for services such as meals and visits to Burj Al Arab, Atlantis the Palm, Burj Khalifa and other premium attractions.
In case of any medical condition, health issues, pregnancy or senior persons travelling for the tours, please consult your doctor before booking any service.
MDK Tourism will not be responsible if any ride or service is not operational at parks due to maintenance or safety purposes.
We recommend carrying sunglasses, a cap and sunscreen for any outdoor tour or service.
We recommend carrying swimwear, goggles and an additional pair of clothes for water parks and water sports activities.
