Age Policy: Up to 3 years will be considered as Infant, 4 to 12 years will be charged at Child rates, and 12 years and above will be charged at Adult rates.
Chillout Ice Lounge operates from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM Saturday to Wednesday.
On Thursday and Friday, the lounge operates from 10:00 AM to 12:00 AM.
Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times during the tour.

Thermal clothing is provided to help you stay comfortable inside the chilly environment.
Hot chocolate is available at an additional cost.

Pick-up from your location in Dubai if the transfer option is selected.
Drop-off to your location in Dubai if the transfer option is selected.
Transfer timings may vary by 30 to 60 minutes depending on the location and traffic conditions.
Any cancellation before 3 working days of the tour will receive a 100% refund. Services cancelled 2 working days prior to the tour date will receive a 50% refund, while cancellations within 48 hours of the tour date cannot be refunded.
Any no-show or partial use of services is non-refundable.
Any service or entry denied due to lack of documents or late reporting is non-refundable.
For water parks and theme parks, child entry may depend on height.
You may be asked to provide a valid ID proof during the service.
Tickets booked for any parks or excursions are non-refundable.
For entry into any mosque during the booked service, please wear fully covered clothing and cover your head. Entry may not be permitted if the dress code is not appropriate.
