Minimum age requirement is 6 years and above. Guests below 17 must be accompanied by adults aged 17 and above.
Children below 6 years are not allowed for this activity.
Booking is subject to available time slots.
Please carry your passport or original Emirates ID for this tour.
Carry suitable swimming costumes compatible with water sports activities and towels.
Required skills: Swimming or treading water.
Transfer timings may vary by 30 to 60 minutes depending on the location and traffic conditions.
Any cancellation before 3 working days of the tour will receive a 100% refund. Services cancelled 2 working days prior to the tour date will receive a 50% refund. Any cancellation within 48 hours of the tour date cannot be refunded.
Any no-show or partial use of service(s) is non-refundable.
Any service or entry denied due to lack of documents or reporting late to any service is non-refundable.
For water parks and theme parks, child entry may depend on the height.
You may be asked to provide a valid ID proof.
Tickets booked for any park or excursion are non-refundable.
For entry into any mosque during the booked service, please wear fully covered clothing and cover your head. Entry may not be permitted if the dress code is inappropriate.
