Transfer timings may vary by 30 to 60 minutes depending on your location and traffic conditions.
Cancellation more than 3 working days before the tour receives a 100% refund. Cancellation 2 working days before the tour receives a 50% refund. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable.
No-shows or partially used services are non-refundable.
Entry or service denied because of missing documents or late reporting will not be eligible for a refund.
For theme parks and water parks, children's admission may be determined by height requirements.
A valid passport, Emirates ID or other accepted identification may be requested during the service.
Tickets purchased for parks and excursions are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.
Visitors entering a mosque must follow the required dress code, including appropriate covered clothing and head covering where applicable.
Please follow the applicable dress requirements when visiting venues such as Burj Al Arab, Atlantis The Palm, Burj Khalifa and restaurants or other selected attractions.
Guests with medical conditions, health concerns, pregnancy or elderly travellers are advised to consult their doctor before booking or participating in activities.
Citron Tours cannot be held responsible if a ride, attraction or service becomes temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, operational requirements or safety reasons.
For outdoor activities, sunglasses, a cap and sunscreen are recommended. For water-based activities, carry suitable swimwear, goggles and an additional change of clothes.
