Services cancelled 2 working days prior to the tour date are eligible for a 50% refund.

Any cancellation made within 48 hours of the tour date is non-refundable.

Any no-show or partial use of services is non-refundable.

Any service or entry denied due to lack of documents or late reporting is non-refundable.

For water parks and theme parks, child entry may depend on applicable height restrictions.

Guests may be asked to provide a valid ID proof during the tour or activity.

Tickets booked for any park or excursion are non-refundable.

For entry into any mosque, guests must wear fully covered clothing and cover their head where required. Entry may not be permitted if the dress code is not followed.

Please follow the appropriate dress code policy for services such as meals and visits to Burj Al Arab, Atlantis The Palm, Burj Khalifa and other attractions.

In case of any medical condition, health issue, pregnancy or senior persons travelling for the tour, please consult a doctor before booking any service.

MDK Tourism will not be responsible if any ride or service is temporarily unavailable at a park due to maintenance or safety purposes.

We recommend carrying sunglasses, a cap and sunscreen for outdoor tours and activities.

For water parks and water sports activities, we recommend carrying swimwear, goggles and an additional pair of clothes.
