Cancellations made before 3 working days receive a 100% refund. Cancellations 2 working days before the tour receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable.
No-shows and partially used services are non-refundable.
Entry or service denied due to missing documents or late reporting is non-refundable. A valid ID proof may be required.
Water park and theme park child entry may be subject to height restrictions. Park and excursion tickets are non-refundable.
When visiting a mosque, guests must follow the required dress code, including appropriate covered clothing and head covering where applicable.
Please follow the applicable dress code for venues and experiences such as Burj Al Arab, Atlantis The Palm and Burj Khalifa.
Guests with medical conditions, health concerns, pregnancy or elderly travellers should consult a doctor before booking or participating in the tour.
MDK Tourism is not responsible if any ride, attraction or service becomes unavailable due to maintenance, operational requirements or safety reasons.
For outdoor activities, we recommend carrying sunglasses, a cap and sunscreen.
For water parks and water activities, carry swimwear, goggles and an additional change of clothes.
