Age Requirement

Kids aged 10 years and below are not allowed for this activity. Children above 10 and up to 18 years must be accompanied by a parent.

Valid ID Required

Guests must carry a valid ID proof such as a passport or Emirates ID for the tour.

Things to Carry

Please carry your own towel and swimwear as these items will not be provided at the location.

Child Pricing

Children below 12 years go free of cost. Child rate applies to children aged 12 to 17 years. Guests aged 17 years and above will be charged adult rates.

Tour timing is subject to availability. Guests can select from the available slots and book by speaking with our support team.

Cancellation Policy

Booking amounts are non-refundable for cancellations made within 48 hours of the tour date.

Fly Board Water Sport Dubai Important Information

Transfer timings may vary by 30 to 60 minutes depending on the location and traffic conditions.
Cancellations made 3 working days before the tour will receive a 100% refund. Services cancelled 2 working days before the tour date will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable.
No-shows and partially used services are non-refundable.
Any service or entry denied due to lack of documents or late reporting is non-refundable.
For water parks and theme parks, child entry requirements may depend on applicable height restrictions.
Guests may be asked to provide a valid ID proof.
Tickets booked for parks and excursions are non-refundable.
For mosque visits, guests must wear fully covered clothing and cover their head where required. Entry may not be permitted if the dress code is not appropriate.
Please follow the applicable dress code for services such as meals and visits to Burj Al Arab, Atlantis The Palm, Burj Khalifa and other attractions.
In case of any medical condition, health issues, pregnancy, or for senior travellers, please consult your doctor before booking any tour or activity.
MDK Tourism will not be responsible if any ride or service is temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or safety purposes.
We recommend carrying sunglasses, a cap and sunscreen for outdoor tours and activities.
For water sports activities, we recommend carrying swimwear, goggles and an additional pair of clothes.
