Transfers timing may vary by 30 to 60 minutes depending on your location and traffic conditions.
Cancellation before 3 working days of the tour receives a 100% refund. Cancellation 2 working days prior receives a 50% refund. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable.
No-show or partial use of services is non-refundable.
Services or entry denied due to missing documents or late reporting are non-refundable.
For water parks and theme parks, child entry may depend on height requirements.
Guests may be asked to provide valid ID proof.
Tickets booked for parks and excursions are non-refundable.
When visiting a mosque, guests must follow the required dress code. Fully covered clothing and appropriate head covering may be required for entry.
Please follow the dress code for services such as meals and visits to Burj Al Arab, Atlantis The Palm, Burj Khalifa and similar attractions.
Guests with medical conditions, health concerns, pregnancy, or senior travellers should consult a doctor before booking any tour or activity.
MDK Tourism will not be responsible if any ride or service is temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, weather, operational or safety requirements.
For outdoor tours and activities, we recommend carrying sunglasses, a cap and sunscreen.
For water parks and water sports, we recommend carrying swimwear, goggles and an additional pair of clothes.
