Although the activity may appear challenging, it is designed to be a safe, exciting and fun-filled indoor skydiving experience. With the guidance of highly skilled and professional instructors, participants can learn how to control their body movements and enjoy the sensation of flying.
The experience is conducted using the required safety equipment, while trained instructors guide you throughout the activity, allowing you to enjoy the thrill with confidence.

The minimum age requirement for this activity is above 3 years.
Maximum permitted participant weight is 115 Kg.
Entry will not be permitted if the participant is under the influence of substances that may impair judgment.
Pregnant women are not allowed to participate in the activity due to safety concerns.
Please wear comfortable and warm clothing for the activity.
Participants are required to arrive 1 hour before the scheduled flight for registration and preparation.
The wind inside the flight tunnel can feel chilly. Warm clothing is recommended.
No-shows, partial use of services and last-minute cancellations are non-refundable.

Required safety equipment is provided for your indoor skydiving experience.
Receive essential instructions to help you understand the flying position and movements.
Enjoy a professionally guided flight experience with trained instructors.
Get a pre-flight briefing before entering the flight tunnel.
Transfer timings may vary by 30 to 60 minutes depending on your location and traffic conditions.
Any cancellation before 3 working days of the tour will receive a 100% refund. Services cancelled 2 working days prior to the tour date will receive a 50% refund.
Any cancellation within 48 hours of the tour date cannot be refunded.
Any no-show or partial use of services is non-refundable.
Any service or entry denied due to lack of required documents or late reporting is non-refundable.
For water parks and theme parks, child entry may depend on height.
You may be asked to provide a valid ID proof during the service.
Tickets booked for any parks or excursions are non-refundable.
For entry into any mosque during a booked service, please wear fully covered clothing and cover your head. Entry may not be permitted if the dress code is not appropriate.
