Cancellations made before 3 working days receive a 100% refund. Cancellations made 2 working days before the tour date receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable.
Any no-show or partial use of services is non-refundable.
Any service or entry denied due to lack of documents or late reporting is non-refundable.
For water parks and theme parks, child entry may depend on height restrictions.
Guests may be asked to present a valid ID proof during the tour or attraction visit.
Tickets booked for parks and excursions are non-refundable.
When visiting a mosque, guests must wear fully covered clothing and cover their head where required by the applicable dress code.
Please follow the applicable dress code for services such as meals and visits to Burj Al Arab, Atlantis The Palm, Burj Khalifa and other premium venues.
Guests with medical conditions, health concerns, pregnancy or elderly travellers should consult their doctor before booking the service.
MDK Tourism will not be responsible if any ride, attraction or service becomes unavailable due to maintenance, operational requirements or safety reasons.
We recommend carrying sunglasses, a cap and sunscreen for outdoor tours and activities.
For water parks and water sports, we recommend carrying swimwear, goggles and an additional change of clothes.
