Transfer timings may vary by approximately 30 to 60 minutes depending on your location and current traffic conditions.
Cancellations made before 3 working days of the tour receive a 100% refund. Cancellations made 2 working days before the tour receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 48 hours of the tour date are non-refundable.
No-shows or partial use of any service are non-refundable.
Any service or entry denied because of missing documents or late reporting will be non-refundable.
For water parks and theme parks, child admission may depend on the child's height.
Guests may be required to present valid identification proof when requested.
Tickets booked for parks and excursions are non-refundable.
Please follow the applicable dress code for services such as meals and visits to places including Burj Al Arab, Atlantis The Palm and Burj Khalifa.
For mosque visits, guests should wear fully covered clothing and cover their head where required. Entry may be refused if the dress code is not followed.
Guests with medical conditions, health concerns, pregnancy or elderly travellers should consult their doctor before booking or participating in tours.
MDK Tourism is not responsible if a ride or service is temporarily unavailable at a park due to maintenance, operational requirements or safety reasons.
For outdoor tours, we recommend carrying sunglasses, a cap and sunscreen for added comfort and protection.
For water parks and water activities, we recommend bringing appropriate swimwear, goggles and an additional change of clothes.
