Cancellations made more than 3 working days before the tour receive a 100% refund. Cancellations 2 working days before receive 50%. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable.
No-shows and partially used services are non-refundable.
Entry or service denied because of missing documents or late reporting will not be eligible for a refund.
For theme parks and water parks, child admission may be determined by height requirements.
Guests may be required to present a valid identification document during the experience.
Tickets purchased for parks and excursions are non-refundable.
Visitors entering a mosque must follow the required dress code, including appropriate full coverage and head covering where required.
Please observe the applicable dress requirements for selected dining and attraction experiences such as Burj Al Arab, Atlantis The Palm and Burj Khalifa.
Guests with medical concerns, pregnancy or age-related travel considerations should seek appropriate medical advice before booking.
MDK Tourism is not responsible when a ride, attraction or service is temporarily unavailable because of maintenance or safety reasons.
For outdoor experiences, carrying sunglasses, a hat and sunscreen is recommended.
For water-based activities, guests are advised to bring suitable swimwear, goggles and an extra set of clothes.
