Transfers timing may vary by 30 to 60 minutes depending on the location and traffic conditions.

Any cancellation before 3 working days of the tour will receive a 100% refund. Services cancelled 2 working days prior to the tour date will receive a 50% refund. Any cancellation within 48 hours of the tour date cannot be refunded.

Any no-show or partial use of services is non-refundable.

Any service or entry denied due to lack of required documents or reporting late to any service is non-refundable.

For water parks and theme parks, child entry may depend on the child's height.

You may be asked to provide a valid ID proof.

Tickets booked for any park or excursion are non-refundable.

For entry into any mosque during the booked service, please wear fully covered clothing and cover your head. Entry may not be permitted if the dress code is not appropriate.

Please follow the applicable dress code policy for services such as meals and visits to Burj Al Arab, Atlantis The Palm, Burj Khalifa and similar venues.

In case of any medical condition, health issue, pregnancy or senior persons travelling for the tours, please consult a doctor before booking any service.

MDK Tourism will not be responsible if any ride or service is not operational at parks due to maintenance or safety purposes.

We recommend carrying sunglasses, a cap and sunscreen for outdoor tours and services.

For water parks and water sports activities, we recommend carrying swimwear, goggles and an additional pair of clothes.

Please carry your voucher(s) for third-party tours and services booked through our website.
