Water Jetpack Dubai Important Information

  • Transfer timings may vary by 30 to 60 minutes depending on the location and traffic conditions.
  • Cancellations made 3 working days before the tour are eligible for a 100% refund. Cancellations made 2 working days before the tour receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable.
  • No-shows and partially used services are non-refundable.
  • Services or entries denied due to missing documents or late reporting are non-refundable.
  • Child entry for water parks and theme parks may depend on applicable height restrictions.
  • A valid ID proof may be required for the activity.
  • Tickets booked for parks and excursions are non-refundable.
  • For mosque visits, guests must wear fully covered clothing and follow the applicable head-covering requirements.
  • Please follow the applicable dress code for services such as meals and visits to Burj Al Arab, Atlantis The Palm, Burj Khalifa and other attractions.
  • In case of any medical condition, health concerns, pregnancy or for senior travellers, please consult your doctor before booking or participating in the activity.
  • MDK Tourism will not be responsible if any ride or service is temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, operational requirements or safety reasons.
  • We recommend carrying sunglasses, cap and sunscreen for outdoor activities.
  • For water sports activities, we recommend carrying swimwear, goggles and an additional pair of clothes.
