Cancellations made before 3 working days of the tour are eligible for a 100% refund. Cancellations made 2 working days before the tour receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable.

No-shows and partial use of any booked service are non-refundable.

For theme parks and water parks, children's admission may be determined by height requirements.

Guests visiting a mosque should wear fully covered clothing and cover their head where required. Entry may be refused if the appropriate dress code is not followed.

Guests with medical conditions, health concerns, pregnancy or elderly travellers should consult their doctor before booking or participating in tours.

MDK Tourism cannot be held responsible when a ride or service is temporarily unavailable because of maintenance or safety requirements.

For outdoor activities, guests are advised to carry sunglasses, a cap and suitable sunscreen.

For water parks and water activities, bring suitable swimwear, goggles and an extra set of clothes.
