BOOK YOUR YELLOW BOAT✦ Transfer Timing: Transfers timing may vary by 30 to 60 minutes depending on the location and traffic conditions.
✦ Cancellation Policy: Any cancellation before 3 working days of the tour will receive a 100% refund. Services cancelled 2 working days prior to the tour date will receive a 50% refund. Any cancellation within 48 hours of the tour date is non-refundable.
✦ No Show / Partial Use: Any no-show or partial use of service/s is non-refundable.
✦ Late Reporting / Documents: Any service or entry denied due to lack of required documents or reporting late is non-refundable.
✦ Child Entry: For water parks and theme parks, child entry may depend on height requirements.
✦ Valid ID: You may be asked to provide a valid ID proof.
✦ Park & Excursion Tickets: Tickets booked for any park or excursion are non-refundable.
✦ Mosque Dress Code: For entry into any mosque during the booked service, please wear fully covered clothing and cover your head. Entry may not be permitted if the dress code is not appropriate.
✦ Dress Code: Please follow the applicable dress code policy for services such as meals and visits to Burj Al Arab, Atlantis The Palm, Burj Khalifa and other attractions.
✦ Medical Conditions: In case of any medical condition, health issues, pregnancy or senior persons travelling for the tours, please consult a doctor before booking any service.
✦ Operational Changes: MDK Tourism will not be responsible if any ride or service is temporarily non-operational at parks due to maintenance or safety purposes.
✦ Outdoor Essentials: We recommend carrying sunglasses, a cap and sunscreen for outdoor tours and services.
✦ Water Activities: We recommend carrying swimwear, goggles and an additional pair of clothes for water parks and water sports activities.
✦ Vouchers: Please carry your voucher/s for third-party tours and services booked through our website.
